Mark brings extensive experience as a business and people manager, with a strong focus on operational excellence and driving positive change. He is passionate about business improvement through empowering people and fostering transformational growth, both at the operational and strategic levels. We are excited about the fresh energy and insights Mark will bring to the Taylors team.
At the same time, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Massimo Borello, who has been instrumental in Taylors’ success and growth over the years. While we bid farewell to him in his role as General Manager, Massimo isn’t going far—he has joined Fowlerex Technologies Pty Ltd, one of our sister companies within the Vortex Group in Australia.
