Taylors Manufacturing was awarded the fabrication component of a dust control project for a grain dust application in Western Australia.
To tackle the grain dust challenge, Taylors built a new baghouse dust collector (PC69x3600) and a FC630 centrifugal fan based on Vortex Engineering’s design. These were securely packed onto a 40′ flat-rack container and sent up in Albany, Australia.
This endeavour stands as a testament to effective teamwork through logistical and manufacturing hurdles, enhancing the client’s workplace. The updated dust management system markedly lowers grain dust risks, solidifying the commitment of large Western Australian grain logistics firms to safety and operational efficacy.
