Taylors Manufacturing was engaged by our sister company Fowlerex, to manufacture fans for a client in Australia: Alcoa. As a leading Australian industrial brand Alcoa needed a set of centrifugal fans that aligned with existing equipment previously supplied for their operations. The project required a manufacturer that understood custom fan design well and could ensure consistency in performance, reliability, and compatibility with installed systems. As experienced fabricators of industrial fans in New Zealand and Australia, and as previous project partners, Taylors was a reliable choice.

Scope of Work
Taylors fabricated and supplied 3 x ICVHS Fans with inlet filters manufactured to match previous purchases made through Taylors. The fans were also engineered to match existing Alcoa equipment, ensuring seamless integration and consistent operating performance.
Engineering and Fabrication
Taylors managed the fabrication of the products, working closely with design engineers and project leads in Fowlerex. By manufacturing to existing drawings and reference units, Taylors delivered a like-for-like solution aligned with Alcoa’s operational standards. The fans were successfully fabricated and supplied to specification, providing Alcoa with a reliable, consistent solution that integrates with existing infrastructure.
